1. The Creative Vision
By booking a session, you acknowledge and respect my artistic style. Just as a painter chooses their strokes, I reserve the right to select and edit the images that best represent the “different story in each angle.” * Final Selection: I do not release raw or unedited files, as they are the “sketches” behind the finished masterpiece.
- Artistic Discretion: Post-processing and editing are performed to align with the poetic and painterly aesthetic seen in my portfolio.
2. Booking & Payments
- Deposit: A non-refundable retainer of 25% is required to secure your date on my calendar.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared 7 days prior to the shoot or event.
- Pricing: All prices are in AUD and are subject to change, though confirmed bookings will always be honored at the original rate.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Client Notice: Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Your deposit can be transferred to a new date once.
- Weather (The Perth Factor): If extreme weather (heavy rain or dangerous heat) prevents us from “painting with light” outdoors, we will reschedule at the earliest mutual convenience at no extra cost.
4. Usage & Copyright
- Ownership: Under Australian law, the photographer remains the owner of the copyright for all images.
- Client License: You are granted a personal license to print, share, and enjoy your photos forever.
- Commercial Use: Images may not be sold to third parties or used for commercial advertising without a separate written agreement.
- Promotion: I love sharing the stories I capture! I may use images for my website, social media, or portfolio. If you prefer your session to remain private, please notify me in writing before the shoot.
5. Delivery Timelines
- Sneak Peeks: I aim to share a “first look” within 48 hours or more depends on the working load.
- Full Gallery: Your complete, edited story will be delivered via a private digital gallery within 1–2 months.
Privacy Policy (Simplified)
I value your privacy as much as I value your story.
Image Storage: While I keep backups of your gallery for a limited time, I recommend downloading and backing up your images immediately upon delivery.
Data Collection: I only collect the information necessary to fulfill your booking (name, email, and event details).
Security: Your personal information is never sold or shared with third parties.
